Save download time with turbo mode

Especially with complex engineerings, the download into the KS 98 or the Simulation Tool can take quite a long time. When working with the Simulation Tool, this time can be reduced considerably, if one selects the "turbo mode" before starting a download or upload, and returns to the normal mode after the data has been transmitted. This function is selected in the Simulation menu "Settings - Turbo", or by means of the key combination "Ctrl + T".
